The new range of head units are better looking than ever with increased power, lower prices and now the mask units also detach for added security.

There are plenty of blue illuminated sets for all those VWs and the Vauxhall upper display is still supported by quite a few of the units.

One of the buzz words of the moment is 'in car audio multi media' and when applied to the vehicle this refers to the integration of a range of information and entertainment devices. Some of which are; satellite navigation, TV, DVD, video games systems and of course conventional audio sources, CD, cassette and radio.

We have been at the fore front of this new technology application for many years, so whether you are looking for a simple in car navigation system or a full multi media package, our technical expertise of in car audio means you will have no problems installing it.

Alpine CD navigation pack 1 comprises the NVE-N055PV navigation unit, 5.6" screen, GPS aerial and UK CD ROM. Features include full map and voice guidance, intersection zoom, remote control external input for audio and video.

Pack 2 uses the same navigation unit as pack 1 but offers the convenience of an in dash mounted slide out screen. This device also contains an RDS tuner and may be connected to a CD multi changer as well as an external video source such as a DVD player.

Pack 3 uses the Alpine DVD navigation unit. This allows for much faster route calculation and re-routing. Another advantage is that the whole of the UK and Europe is on one DVD rom. To take advantage of the better display interface we are supplying this unit with Alpine's 6.5" wide screen monitor.

Pack 4 couples the DVD navigation unit with either the IVA M700 mini disc / tuner or the IVA C800 CD / tuner. Both units contain a slide out 6.5" screen and both can be connected to the Alpine CD multi changer.
