We've all done it! Stood in the freezing cold scraping the ice from a frozen windscreen. Or worse, leaving the car running, unattended and unlocked! Every year hundreds of vehicles are stolen while left unattended to de-ice and the accident statistics quoting an obscured windscreen as cause run into the thousands.
Well now there is a cost effective solution; Heat Shot.

Heat Shot is a heated resevoir of washer fluid which is maintained at around 50°C. This fluid is released when the washer jets are activated providing about 3 seconds of heated screen wash. The resevoir is then reheated in under 30 seconds. Heated fluid is much more efficient than cold fluid at cleaning and de-icing therefore much less is used and the wiper blades receive much less wear.
