DAB radio and now DAB+ are the best way to listen to your favourite radio stations. Crystal clear sound and informative text displays make FM seem old fashioned. The goverment is commited to switching off the old analogue system (FM) within a few years but more and more DAB stations are going live all the time now.

Of course DAB reception depends on the service in your area and in truth the North West can be a bit patchy!
